ABOUT VAERA

Hi, I’m Vaera Friesen, a photographer based in Lethbridge. Photography has been a passion of mine for the past 7 years, and what started as a creative hobby has grown into a full-time career.

 

After recently graduating from the Multimedia program at Lethbridge Polytechnic, I am now pursuing photography full-time throughout the summer while continuing to grow my business and creative style.

My passion for sports photography began at the hockey rink, spending countless hours watching my three younger siblings play. Capturing fast-paced moments, emotion, and genuine connections quickly became what I love most about photography.

When I’m not behind the camera, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being creative, and making memories with my husband. I currently shoot with a Canon EOS R10 and am always working to improve both my skills and equipment to provide the best possible experience and quality for my clients.
